This web-based class consists of 4 weekly sessions that are 1.5 hours in duration. In this course we will explore skills that can assist with navigating emotional challenges that may occur while exploring the origins of sexual shame and how they can be transformed and healed. Sessions will include a blend of lecture, skill building and small group discussions. Session topics include:

    ● Beginning the work of healing: Coping skills, safety and emotional processing techniques

    ● Historical, cultural, religious influences on sexual mores and taboos

    ● Introspective on internalized shame

    ● Observe, transform and heal: freeing oneself from expectations and assumptions that no longer have your consent!
